1. Create a free supplier or retailer account
Registration is free and does not require a credit card. Choose a retailer account if you operate a store, or a supplier account if you warehouse and ship products. Each role has a dedicated dashboard so catalogs, orders, and payouts stay separated and auditable.
2. Connect Shopify or WooCommerce
Retailers authorize Shopify via OAuth or connect WooCommerce with REST API credentials and signed webhooks. Once connected, product imports can be pushed to the live store and incoming customer orders can be pulled back into Sellmeva for supplier fulfillment.
3. Import a verified supplier catalog
Browse the B2B catalog, apply pricing rules or margins, and import SKUs you want to sell. Inventory can sync back to the store so you do not oversell. You never purchase wholesale inventory up front — suppliers ship after the retailer order is paid.
4. Turn on automatic order payment
Add a card on file with Stripe and enable auto-pay. When a customer checks out on your store, Sellmeva can charge the retailer, route the order to the supplier, and notify fulfillment — without a spreadsheet in the middle.
5. Track shipping, disputes, and payouts
Suppliers update tracking from their portal. Retailers see order status in one place. If something goes wrong, disputes and refunds are handled on-platform. Suppliers request USD payouts against a ledger of delivered orders.
