This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Sellmeva platform. Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
Sellmeva is intended for legitimate B2B dropshipping and wholesale commerce. You may use the platform to list products, import catalogs, sync inventory, process orders, and manage fulfillment relationships between verified business accounts.
2. Prohibited Products
You may not list, import, or sell through Sellmeva:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories
- Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods
- Stolen goods or goods obtained through fraud
- Products infringing intellectual property rights
- Adult content, hate materials, or items promoting violence
- Products violating export controls or sanctions
- Human remains, endangered species products, or regulated medical devices without authorization
3. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other businesses
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or verification status
- Scraping platform data beyond authorized API access
- Attempting to bypass security, authentication, or rate limits
- Distributing malware, phishing, or spam through the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
- Reverse engineering platform software or creating derivative services
- Reselling platform access without written authorization
4. API & Automation Limits
Automated access must comply with documented rate limits. Excessive requests, credential sharing, or attempts to extract bulk data outside normal business operations are prohibited.
5. Content Standards
Product listings must be accurate, including images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and compliance certifications. Misleading claims, bait-and-switch pricing, or false availability are prohibited.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate reported violations, remove content, suspend accounts, withhold payouts, and report illegal activity to authorities. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans.
7. Reporting Violations
Report suspected violations to abuse@sellmeva.com with relevant order IDs, product links, and evidence.
